On Thursday night (July 18, 2013) a teenage boy was struck and killed by an SUV that was traveling north on Route 45 in Mundelein, Illinois.
Mundelein Police responded to the accident at 11:34 p.m. The accident happened at on Route 45, just south of University Drive.
The teenager, identified as Alex Blouch, 16, of Grayslake, was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, where he was pronounced dead.
