Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Over Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento Accident

The family of Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento, the 5-year-old girl who was killed after being hit by a car in Highland Park, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

The wrongful death lawsuit contains new information, alleging that the vehicle struck Jaclyn at least twice as Carly Rousso possibly backed over Jaclyn in an attempt to flee the scene.

The suit seeks damages in excess of $50,000 and details the emotional distress incurred by the family.

Additional details and possible updates can be seen in a variety of media sources, including the September 21 CBS Chicago article titled “Suit:  ‘Huffing’ Teen Driver May Have Run Over Girl Twice” as well as the September 21 Huffington Post story titled “Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento Death Lawsuit:  Family Says Carly Rousso Hit 5-Year-Old Twice.”
