As discussed on the “Lake County Loss Of Control Accidents” page, there are many reasons as to why a driver may lose control. Loss of control accidents often lead to significant accident injuries, as the vehicle often leaves the roadway. After leaving the roadway, the vehicle then is vulnerable to crashing into a fixed object such as a tree, utility pole, or fence. Such collisions usually happen at significant speeds, which increase the probability of serious accident injuries. Many serious Lake County crashes have involved a loss of vehicle control.
