As discussed on the “Lake County Rollover Accidents” page, rollover accidents are notable for many reasons. They typically result in serious accident injuries, as vehicle occupants are subjected to great physical forces in an unnatural manner. During a rollover accident, vehicle occupants who are not wearing seat belts are particularly at risk. A seat belt serves as a restraint, so that the vehicle occupant is not thrown uncontrollably inside or outside of the vehicle.
While rollover accidents can occur for many reasons, these rollover accidents typically happen at higher speeds and can begin with a loss of vehicle control. Reasons for loss of control are discussed on the “Lake County Loss Of Control Accidents” page.
