I-94 Vehicle Rollover Crash Near Lincolnshire

There was a single-car rollover accident Sunday (January 3, 2016) on eastbound I-94 near Half Day Road (Route 22).

According to the Deerfield Fire Department and Illinois State Police (ISP) the accident happened at 2:36 p.m.  At that time, a Chevrolet SUV rolled over.  One person in the SUV was ejected from the SUV and four other people, including children, were also injured.

Of those injured, three were taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and two were taken to Lake Forest Hospital for treatment of their accident injuries.

The cause of this vehicle rollover crash remains under investigation by the Illinois State Police.
